AMV Consulting is an independent management advisory practice led by Andrew M. Vasquez, M.P.A., PfMP, SHRM-SCP.

The firm helps organizations strengthen execution, improve operations, and align people with organizational priorities through project, program, and portfolio management, business analysis and operations, and strategic human resource management.

Andrew’s career spans higher education leadership, institutional operations, enrollment management, partnership development, student success, workforce strategy, and organizational improvement.

He has held leadership and operational roles at The University of Texas at San Antonio, The University of Texas at Austin, Texas State University, and the University of Massachusetts Global. His work has included leading teams, managing partnerships, strengthening governance, improving processes, and coordinating complex initiatives across organizational boundaries.

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS

Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

He is completing an Executive Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership at The University of Texas at Austin. His professional credentials include the Portfolio Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Project Management Professional, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional designations.

Andrew also serves as Opportunities Outreach Chair for the Project Management Institute Austin Chapter and publishes AMV Insights.
